Refund policy

1. Note on the Nature of Our Products

Please note: We use real, preserved leaves for our artworks. As a natural product, each leaf is entirely unique in shape, size, color, and structure. Slight deviations from product images are therefore a characteristic feature and a sign of authenticity. These natural variations make your product a true one-of-a-kind piece and do not constitute a defect or reason for complaint.


2. No Right of Withdrawal for Personalized Products

Since all of our products are individually made according to your specifications – for example, by engraving an image uploaded by you onto a real leaf – there is no statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

An exchange or return due to a change of mind is therefore excluded. Your statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected.


3. Warranty for Defects (Complaints)

We strive to always deliver flawless products. Should your item nonetheless have a defect (e.g., a production fault, transport damage, or an incorrectly delivered item), your statutory warranty rights of course apply.

4. Complaint Handling Procedure

Once we have received your message, we will assess the situation. If the defect is our responsibility, we will provide you with a free return shipping label along with detailed return instructions.

Please note: Returns without prior notice cannot be assigned and may cause significant processing delays. To avoid this, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance.

6. No Exchange, but Replacement in Case of Defects

As our products are individually made-to-order, exchanges (e.g., for a different design or motif) are excluded.

A replacement delivery will of course be provided if a defect for which we are responsible is confirmed.


7. Refunds in Case of Approved Complaints

As soon as we have received and inspected the returned item, we will inform you about the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please note that your payment provider or bank may require additional time for posting the transaction.
