Delivery Regions

We ship worldwide – especially within the European Union, Switzerland, the United States, and Canada.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Rates depend on the destination country, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Free shipping for orders over €49 – only within Germany

We offer free shipping for orders over €49 – this service applies exclusively to deliveries within Germany. For orders with a total value of less than €49 and for deliveries to other countries, additional charges apply, which are displayed during checkout. Please note: The order value relevant for free shipping refers to the pure value of the goods (after deducting any discounts) and does not include shipping costs or fees.

Shipping Provider

All parcels are shipped climate-neutrally via DHL GoGreen and include a tracking number.

Delivery Times

The total delivery time consists of production time plus shipping time:

  • Production time:

    As this is a personalized product, production takes 2–3 business days after payment is received and the image upload is complete.

  • Shipping time (after production is finished):

     🇩🇪 Germany: 2–4 business days
     🇪🇺 EU countries: 3–7 business days
     🇺🇸 USA & 🇨🇦 Canada: 7–14 business days
     🌍 Other countries: depending on destination and shipping provider

Please note: During public holidays or periods of high shipping demand, delays may occur that are beyond our control.

Shipping Protection & Transport Damage

All items are packaged securely and with care.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@leafsy.de.
Include clear photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Customs and Import Fees

For shipments outside the EU (e.g., to Switzerland, the USA, or Canada), customs duties, import VAT, or other local fees may apply.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the recipient.
