Some items in our shop may be offered as pre-orders purchases. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Pre-Orders

When placing a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not currently in stock or not yet available. We may charge no payment or a partial payment at checkout, store your payment method, and charge the full or remaining balance at a later time.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible — but you may request a full or partial refund.
